Nathan and I are riding in the car today and it is POURING outside. Raining the kind of raindrops that make you have to yell in the car just to talk with someone. Here's our conversation:
N: (yelling) "Mom, where does the wain come from?"
E: "Well, Heavenly Father sends us the rain for us to have water to drink, help the flowers and trees to grow..." (tired of yelling)
N: "Well, I think the wain comes fwom God squeezing the cwouds wike a sponge."
Point goes to Nathan.
(And, yes, Meg, I know that "enquiring" should be "inquiring", but I was trying to do a play on words with the trash mag, Enquirer! :-)

"How to Enjoy Walking" by Noah
Noah stayed with my sister this past weekend and she sent me this today on Facebook:
FYI: Noah borrowed my laptop yesterday and (I think) he wrote the following on a forum discussing 'how to enjoy walking': Here are some things that I bring when I walk: Telescope, to see how long I need to continue walking. My 2 friends along, Nolan + Mason. (Nolan and Mason are brothers.) Running shoes or Sandals, to walk in. Sunscreen, so I won't get sunburn. Scooter or bike, to ride in case I get tired of walking. Water, in case I get thirsty. Bug spray, so I won't get bit by a bug. Backpack, so I can carry everything.
I wonder where he gets this "planning bug" from? Anyone, anyone? :-)
