Scott has to go to India for business. He went about 1 1/2 years ago and he's going again. (The pics are from his previous trip). This time, I get to go, too! And many, many thanks to those who have agreed to help take care of my precious ones while we're away b/c you're making it possible for me to be able to go!
It's exciting and a bit scary to me, but more exciting. We weren't able to go on a trip to celebrate our 15th anniversary last year due to my health, so we're going to make up for it this year!

Enjoy yourself!! You do so much for everyone else in this world, you deserve a nice LONG getaway in an exotic location. Not knocking our 3-day beach trips, but this is seriously exotic. Let me know if you run across any cookbooks written in English.
